\(\large{ U }\) = spring potential energy

\(\large{ k_s }\) = spring constant

\(\large{ l }\) = spring stretch length

Solve for:

\(\large{ k_s = \frac {2U}{l^2}   }\)

\(\large{ l =  \sqrt{   \frac {2U}{k} }  }\)
