Spring Constant formula

(Eq. 1)  \(\large{ k_s = \frac {F_s} {d_s} }\)

(Eq. 2)  \(\large{ k_s = \frac {2 \; E_s}{ d_{s}{^2} } }\)

Where:

\(\large{ k_s }\) = spring constant

\(\large{ d_s }\) = spring displacement

\(\large{ E_s }\) = spring energy

\(\large{ F_s }\) = spring force (applied force)
