# Weight Force

Weight force is the force of gravity or the weight. This calculation determines the weight force of an object with a given mass. For English units equate to 32.2 and the SI units are 9.81 for the gravitational acceleration constant. The pull of gravity creates downward acceleration of the object falling and factors such as air resistance can affect the weight force.
