Inductive reactance is the current flow of an alternating current in an inductor is reduced.

Inductive Reactance formula

\(\large{ X_L =    2 \; \pi \; f \; L   }\)

Where:

\(\large{ X_L }\) = Inductive reactance

\(\large{ \pi }\) = 3.141...

\(\large{ f }\) = frequency

\(\large{ L }\) = Inductance

Solve for:

\(\large{ f =  \frac { X_L }  { 2 \; \pi \; L }    }\)

\(\large{ L =  \frac { X_L }  { 2 \; \pi \; f }    }\)
