Isobaric process is a thermodynamic process where the pressure is kept constant, \(\Delta p = 0\).

Isobaric process - enthalpy Formula

\(\large{ H  =  C_p \; \left( T_2 - T_1  \right)  }\)

Where:

\(\large{ H }\) = enthalpy

\(\large{ C_p }\) = heat capacity at constant pressure

\(\large{ T_1 }\) = temperature at state

\(\large{ T_2 }\) = temperature at state
