Thermal energy, abbreviated as Q, also called heat energy and heat transfer, is the exertion of power that is created by heat, or the increase in temperature.

Where:

\(\large{ c }\) = specific heat

\(\large{ \Delta T }\) = temperature differential

Solve for:
